
Do you have young children who are looking to explore and discover the natural world of plants, animals, and insects? If so, join us for our Little Sprouts Garden Adventures drop-in program. Children ages 3-5 and their adult will be led on garden explorations to learn about nature by using all of their senses. Each program session focuses on a different topic and explores different parts of the Gardens. See details of each program session below.
Registration is required and opens 1 week prior to each program date.
Who:
Children ages 3-5 years old, with an adult (adult must be on-hand to explore and discover with the child. Younger children may be brought only if it still allows adult to participate.)
Where:
Meet at the Log Cabin/Pavilion. Click here for directions to the Gardens. If using GPS, you can use the address “140 Log Cabin Road, New Brunswick”.
When:
Sessions start promptly on 10:30. Sessions will be approximately 1 hour long.
Cost:
Free for Rutgers Gardens Family Members or $8 per child per session. Payments (cash or checks only) can be made at start of each session.
