Unfortunately, most people do not realize the many easy and attractive ways that they can be prepared for the table. David will show you how to prepare a few simple yet delicious meals, such as shitake, soy and dashi custard and a Bi Bim Bab assembly of vegetables, mushrooms over rice and a mushroom-dashi-miso-soup. Learn how to prepare an easy and entire meal using the bounty of seasonal New Jersey produce straight from the garden. We’ll start with a pea and lettuce soup with butter dumplings, followed by a salad of baby greens alongside an asparagus quiche and round out the meal with strawberry shortcakes. All the recipes will be provided along with a sampling of each dish.
