Mushrooms are a wonderfully healthy vegetable for your diet, rich in Vitamin B and antioxidants.  Unfortunately, most people do not realize the many easy and attractive ways that they can be prepared for the table.  David will show you how to prepare a few simple yet delicious meals, such as shitake, soy and dashi custard and a Bi Bim Bab assembly of vegetables, mushrooms over rice and a mushroom-dashi-miso-soup.  All easy to prepare and delicious!

From Garden to Table NEW
Learn how to prepare an easy and entire meal using the bounty of seasonal New Jersey produce straight from the garden.  We’ll start with a pea and lettuce soup with butter dumplings, followed by a salad of baby greens alongside an asparagus quiche and round out the meal with strawberry shortcakes.  All the recipes will be provided along with a sampling of each dish.
