Beatrix Potter's "Peter Rabbit

The theme for the NJ Flower and Garden Show for 2007 was 'Once Upon A Garden', with gardens designed around story themes from various books and movies.  The Rutgers Gardens is featuring Mr. McGregor's Garden and the troublesome exploits of Peter Rabbit!   Designed and built by students at Cook College, this interactive garden featured many of the Garden elements found in Beatrix Potter's classic children's tale.  Naturally, the garden had l a vegetable and flower patch along with a rustic garden shed, the small pond where Peter decided it best not to bother the cat and the ever-vigilant Mr. McGregor.
